Personally, I'm not satisfied with my CPU overclock until I can run Aida64 overnight (7hrs) without it failing. Just use Aida64's System Stability Test to stress the CPU / FPU / Cache (first three boxes) for at least 1 hour, preferably more to ensure your overclock is stable.
